    I switched my PCP to Hudson River Healthcare a few months ago. Generally, I have a very good experience every time I need to make an appointment and I really appreciate the online tools they provide to patients. However on a few occasions I have waited up to 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be called in and have had issues with nurses being rude over the phone and delayed prior authorizations. Overall, a 4/5 is very fitting because where as I have no intention of changing to a different facility there are a few things that could definitely be improved here. There are multiple doctors that practice here. The one that I see is very caring and has helped me with every concern but I cannot speak for the others.
